Raised magnetic floor
Solutions for designers
The JVP raised magnetic floor is a problem solver: it helps find an appropriate solution to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems while also separating the technical requirements typical of radiant floor-level systems from the visual requirements associated with finishes.
Its structural lightness allows a reduction in overall weight of the floor to as little as 150 kg per square metre and enables the adoption of a lower ceiling height for all storeys of the building, while also maximizing living space. The JVP 4×4 product incorporates a radiant heating and cooling system designed especially for use in combination with the raised steel floor.
Advantages for builders
The JVP raised floor is easily and quickly assembled thanks to a completely dry installation procedure, and will save both time and resources as it can be laid immediately after the outer façades have been erected. The steel surface of the panels — flat and tough — can be used to store stacked material as it will carry extremely heavy loads and is impervious to wear caused by general site activity.

Benefits to Users
Thanks to the flexibility of the JVP 4X4 system, interiors can be organized freely and optimally in terms of finishes, services and room layout, sparing end users the frustration of having to accept decisions taken by others.
Innovation is favoured by preparation of the system to allow any type of future implementation.
